Our Philosophy

Engineering a Global Renaissance

Launch a Project

What Does It Mean?

When I gave my TEDxAirlie talk titled “Build the World You Want to Die In,” it was a call to action for designers, developers, and entrepreneurs. It charged them to think with a type of future vision that empathically placed themselves not just in the seat of their users, but as people who need to live with the consequences of the technologies and cultures they create.

Our vision involves transforming an entire city into a rich and thriving Smart City which uses sensors, digital intelligence, and automation to manage key services and secure, redundant activity management to democratize equitable policies directly through its citizens. All this while preserving the best and most attractive parts of the city’s culture, growth, and historic heritage. In short, we will collaborate to design and build a modern digital Garden of Eden and establish ourselves as the best city in the Southeast, the United States, and the World.

"We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community... Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own."
